On May 17th 2019, a group of 15 SCM Students participated in a workshop on the topic of in-house logistics engineering at 4flow. While the company is best known for supply chain consultancy, it also offers supply chain software and services. With over 600 employees in 15 offices around the world, they provide global supply chain expertise to companies of many different industries.

The workshop was led by the consultants Tobias Hermannsdörfer and Ann-Kathrin Heupel, who is a SCM Network Alumni. Andreas Mager, a partner at the firm also shared his perspective while HR representative Magdalena Häusl gave insights into the recruiting process and the career opportunities at 4flow. The workshop was built on a real-life case, allowing the students to put their knowledge into practice and get an idea of the complexity and challenges that such a consulting project poses. During the lunch break the students had the opportunity to chat with consultants and partners of the firm in a casual setting.

The SCM Network would like to thank 4flow for this interesting and interactive workshop.
